Tapping bridge for PE-HD and PVC pipes and horizontal tapping at full operating pressure, using a tapping machine as external tapping device. With integrated gate valve or ball valve as main shut-off valve. Suitable for use in municipal water distribution systems.

  • Clamping piece: Ductile cast iron EN-JS 1030 (GGG-40)
  • Valve body: Brass
  • Saddle: Ductile cast iron EN-JS 1030 (GGG-40)
  • Bolts, nuts, washers: Stainless steel A2 (DIN EN ISO 3506)
  • Seal: EPDM

Corrosion protection

  • Saddle: Inside and outside epoxy coating
  • Clamping piece: Inside and outside epoxy coating
