Welding saddle / Clamping Belt VAG TERRA®
Welding saddle for resistance welding of VAG TERRA® K2, K4 and K12 Tapping Bridges onto PE-HD pipes. Suitable for use in municipal water distribution systems (K2, K4) and in gas pipelines (K12). Clamping belt for TERRA®-M1 Tapping Bridge / for HOD for the attachment of VAG TERRA® M1, M2 or HOD 508, 513 on cast-iron or steel pipes. Fully rubber-lined stainless steel belt with optimum adaptation properties due to rotatable fittings. Saddle seals are adapted to the shape of the respective outer diameter of the pipe.

Clamping Belt for VAG TERRA®-M1 Tapping Bridge / HOD

  • Broad stainless steel belt, partly or fully rubber-lined for reduced surface pressure on the pipe
  • Optimum alignment to different outer pipe diameters due to the rotatable plastic fittings
  • Saddle seal: Perfect sealing function due to moulded-on beads
  • Saddle seal: Shape adapted to the respective pipe diameter
  • Special width for AC pipes: 90 mm (TERRA®-M1 Tapping Bridge)
