General description of the meter:
Ultrasonic heat meter B12 is an innovative heat meter with a static flow sensor based on the principle of ultrasonic measurement designed to measure the use of heat in which water is a coolant / coolant.
It uses ultrasonic measurement methodology and microprocessor technology. All flow calculation and measurement schemes are on the same board, which provides exceptional accuracy and reliability. This type of meter gives special importance to flexibility with programmed functions and devices of installation-uninstallation communication.
Thanks to options from DN15 to DN400 it allows to measure a stream from 0,03 m3 / h to 20 m3 / h.
The battery, which is installed at the factory and comes complete with a meter, can have a service life of 6 to 10 years, depending on the type of battery and the customer's requirements for this type of measuring equipment.

Ultrasonic flow measurement unit:
The ultrasonic flow meter performs measurements through the transmission of ultrasonic signals between the sensors by means of mirrors.
Temperature measuring device:
PT1000 type heat sensors are used, which are calibrated and certified. If the inlet water temperature probe is integrated with the heat meter housing where the heat meter is located, the outlet water temperature probe is mounted at a corresponding point in the direction of the return water of the network. In addition, the heat meter can be set to the home position.
The default cable length is 1.5 m, but a length of 3 m is also available on request.
Calculator:
This device processes the energy calculation according to the flow data obtained from the flow measuring unit and the temperature data obtained from the temperature measuring unit. Its calibration is performed by software at the factory.
The calculated energy and other information is displayed on the LCD when the button is pressed. This information can be read remotely through the optical port and communication device.
This type of meter has passed all the necessary metrological tests in the relevant Ukrainian certification bodies and has permits and a quality certificate.
