General technical information: GRP pipes, which are offered by our company, are produced by the continuous filament winding method. The nominal possible diameters are DN100 - DN2800 mm. The length of standard pipes is from 6.00 to 12.00 m., depending on the needs of our customers, as well as on the availability of permits for transportation of oversized cargo, it is possible to supply pipes with a length of 1.00 to 15.00 m. Class pressure of GRP pipes from PN1 up to PN40 bar. The pipes are manufactured with the following standard stiffness classes - SN2500 N/m², SN5000 N/m², SN 10000 N/m², but depending on the requirements and specificity of the project, it is possible to produce the desired stiffness class (for pipes used for jacking from SN32000 N/m²).

International quality standards: fiberglass pipes supplied by our company comply with the following international quality standards ISO, BS, DIN, ASTM and AWWA. And also have all the relevant Ukrainian certificates.
The main advantages of our pipes:
• Production process: since the production process is constantly under computer control, the pipes are manufactured according to the same quality standard, which can always be repeated.
• Tightness of connection: coupling type with the use of a gasket, allows 100% leakproofness of the pipeline.
• Quick installation: quick and reliable installation is possible thanks to the coupling of the pipes. Each GRP pipe is equipped on one end with a special coupling with EPDM seal. Since the pipes are light and long, this facilitates speed and economy when transporting and installing them.
• Transportation and storage: taking into account the small weight of GRP pipes and the specificity of the structure, they can be transported by packing by telescopic method - the pipe in the pipe.
• Ability to cut pipes: if necessary, directly on the site before the installation of the pipeline system, it is possible to cut and sharpen the GRP pipes with simple tools to obtain the required length.
• Pressure drop: thanks to flexible walls, sudden pressure drops in the system (water hammers) do not cause any damage to the pipes.
• Lightness: GRP pipes are 1/10 lighter than concrete pipes, ¼ steel pipes and 1/8 lighter than Ductile Iron pipes.
• Angular deviations in joints: the possibility of angular deflections of GRP pipes significantly reduces the number of required bends in the project. Angular deflection of GRP joints: from DN300 to DN500 - 3 °, from DN600 to DN900 - 2 °, from DN1000 to DN1800 - 1 °, DN> 1800 - 0,5 °.
• Quality of additional parts and fittings: it is possible to complete the GRP pipes with additional connecting couplings and fittings (bends, transitions, tees, etc.) that have all the functions and advantages of GRP pipes.
• GRP pipes are an insulating material: they do not conduct electric current, nor are they influenced by induction of earth currents.
