Being the official representative of the European manufacturer of high-quality polyethylene and polypropylene pipes, which are produced with using raw materials from the best suppliers in Europe, our company offers integrated solutions for infrastructure projects using HDPE pipes from DN20 to DN1200. In addition, we have a strategic partnership with leading companies in Europe, which allows us to supply high-quality HDPE fittings and welding equipment.
Our company offers several types of polyethylene pipes, namely:
1) Polyethylene pipes (HDPE) for water supply systems:
- polyethylene pipes with external protective coating HDPE 100RC - pipes PE 100RC, which our company offers are single-walled and double-walled, black with four co-extruded blue lines or completely blue for distribution and transportation of water. They are manufactured in accordance with standards EN12201-2, ISO 4427, and also comply with the following requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, and have a number of certificates, including Ukrainian quality certificates. HDPE 100RC pipes have a high level of hydraulic strength and are resistant to external mechanical damage and to scratches, which is why they are ideally suited for installation in harsher conditions: for underground laying without a specially prepared cushion and backfill, for broaching inside another pipe line, when there is the risk of getting a scratch on the pipe about the inner walls of the pipeline-case.
Pipes of this type have dimensions from DN20 to DN1200 and SDR7,4 and pressure, respectively, PN25, SDR9 (PN20), SDR11 (PN16), SDR13.6 (PN12.5), SDR17 (PN10), SDR21 (PN8), SDR26 (PN6 ), SDR41 (Py4).
- polyethylene pipes PE100 - pipes made of HDPE PE100 black with four lines of extruded blue for the distribution and transportation of drinking water, manufactured in accordance with EN 12201-2, ISO 442, for the construction of underground engineering networks. Pipes are produced in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, and have a number of certificates, including Ukrainian quality certificates. With a higher density, the PE100 pipe provides better mechanical strength than PE80 pipes.
Pipes of this type have dimensions from DN20 to DN1200 and SDR7,4 and pressure, respectively, PN25, SDR9 (PN20), SDR11 (PN16), SDR13.6 (PN12.5), SDR17 (PN10), SDR21 (PN8), SDR26 (PN6 ), SDR41 (Py4).
- polyethylene pipes PE80 - pipes made of HDPE PE80 black with four extruded blue lines for distribution and transportation of drinking water, manufactured in accordance with EN 12201-2, ISO 4427, for the construction of underground engineering networks. Pipes are produced in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, and have a number of certificates, including Ukrainian quality certificates. This type of pipe is becoming less popular, but nevertheless our company continues to supply them to our customers. Due to its lower density than PE100 pipes, the PE80 is ideal for use in systems with lower pressures.
Pipes of this type have dimensions from DN20 to DN1200 and SDR9 and pressure, respectively, PN16, SDR11 (PN12.5), SDR13.6 (PN10), SDR17 (PN8), SDR17.6 (PN6), SDR21 (PN6), SDR33 (PN4 ), SDR41 (PN3.2).
* The above types of pipes can also be used for pressure sewer systems.
2) Polyethylene pipes for drainage systems (non-pressure systems):
- polypropylene corrugated pipe - polypropylene corrugated double-walled pipe for sewage gravity (non-pressure) underground networks, manufactured according to the standard SR EN13476-3 type B, and also standardized by internal diameter. This type of pipe is produced with a diameter range from DN200 to DN1200, with a stiffness class from SN4 (4 kN/m2) to SN8 and SN16. The quality of the products supplied is guaranteed by a number of international and Ukrainian certificates.
- polyethylene corrugated pipe - polyethylene double-wall corrugated pipe, manufactured in accordance with the standard SR EN13476-3, is used for industrial and civil gravity (non-pressure) sewer networks. Polyethylene corrugated pipes are manufactured with a diameter range from DN160 to DN1200, with a stiffness class from SN4 to SN8. The quality of the products supplied is guaranteed by a number of international and Ukrainian certificates.
3) Polyethylene pipes for gas supply systems:
- HDPE PE80 and HDPE PE100 polyethylene pipes - HDPE PE80 and PE100 pipes with four co-extruded yellow lines are used for underground engineering networks intended for transportation and distribution of natural gas in accordance with EN 1555-2, ISO 4437. Pipes are manufactured in accordance with the following requirements ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, and have a number of certificates, including Ukrainian quality certificates. Compared with steel pipes, the use of polyethylene pipes for water and gas pipelines offers the following advantages: keeping their characteristics in time and throughout their service life, which is guaranteed by the manufacturer for at least 50 years.
